Your happiness with your Huggers means the world to us.
If you received the wrong product or color and would like to return it, please do not open the packaging. For health and safety reasons, we can only accept returns of unopened and unused Food Huggers, unless the item is defective.
To request a return, please email us at hugs@foodhuggers.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
Please wait for a reply and return confirmation from our team before sending anything back.
You’ll hear from us within 2 business days.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and all returns must include a tracking number.
We recommend using a shipping carrier that provides signature confirmation, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
Shipping costs will only be refunded if the item arrives damaged or defective.
Please allow 1–2 weeks for your refund to be processed and appear on your credit card statement.
Returns are accepted for purchases made through foodhuggers.uk only.
If you purchased your item from another retailer, please contact them directly for assistance with returns or exchanges.

Our Original Food Huggers and Avocado Huggers are backed by a Lifetime Guarantee.
If you're not satisfied—even beyond the 30-day return window—please get in touch. We’ll refund your product, no questions asked.
All other Food Huggers products are covered by a 2-year warranty. (And with a little care, they’ll last even longer!)
DAMAGED OR MISSING ITEMS
Please inspect your order within 30 days of receiving it.
If something arrives damaged or is missing, email hugs@foodhuggers.com with:
- A photo of the item
- A brief description of the issue
For wholesale customers: We’re unable to replace individual items. Verified claims will result in a credit to your account. If a refund is preferred, please provide your ACH banking information.
OUT OF STOCK
We work hard to keep everything in stock, but occasional sell-outs do happen.
