Food Huggers Wholesale Terms & Conditions

Dear Wholesale Partners!

Here are our terms and conditions, designed to keep our relationship running smoothly.

All prices are ex-works and exclusive of VAT.

New accounts require payment before shipments are released.

Select accounts can adjust gradually to N30 terms. Payment is due 30 days after the invoice date. Late payments may incur interest at 4% per annum.

Food Huggers reserves the right to adjust credit terms for accounts that don't adhere to our payment schedule.

Title to goods remains with Food Huggers until full payment is received.

Discounts are offered with the understanding that payment terms will be followed. Late payments may result in discount withdrawal.

Orders are accepted subject to stock availability.

Back orders under £100 will be cancelled

Back order over £100 will be shipped free of charge

A handling, packing and carriage charge applies to UK orders under £250 (ex VAT).

Goods will be invoiced at prices in effect at time of dispatch.

Delivery dates are approximate and not contractually binding.

Risk passes to you upon delivery by our contracted carrier.

Goods cannot be returned, replaced or exchanged unless:

a) Written notice of damages/shortages is provided within three days of delivery, with damaged goods retained for inspection.

b) Non-delivery is reported in writing within ten days of invoice date.

We're always improving! Food Huggers reserves the right to update specifications, colors, and prices at any time.

a) Nothing excludes our liability for death or personal injury resulting from negligence.

b) All warranties and conditions not expressly stated here are excluded.

c) Food Huggers are not liable for consequential or indirect losses.

d) Our total liability for all claims arising from a contract shall not exceed the contract price.

These terms and conditions are governed by English Law, with disputes subject to the jurisdiction of English Courts.

VAT at Standard Rate applies to all products sold in Great Britain and Northern Ireland, excluding the Channel Islands.
